The Ergonomic Plus is a full foam mattress, with an upper layer of memory foam which gets softened and it adapts to your shape thanks to the body heat.
When you sleep on memory foam, the surface slowly bounces back where pressure is removed. Thanks to this, the mattress will start ‘remembering’ your body shape and mould to your optimal sleeping position. This is why it is called ‘memory’ foam.
