Pleased with the bed, but delivery was late.

Pleased with the bed itself, and it looks really good. But, please think about your carriers.. the tracking said delivered but it wasn't. Took a while on the phone with your carriers to sort it out. I appreciate this is not your fault directly, but frustrating.
